How to Make Changes in Your Life

You can make changes in your life right now. You probably don’t believe me because you have been marking time for ever and ever. Am I right?
There is a reason for this. You must know that? Maybe you can’t put your finger on it, but you know the answer is out there, somewhere regarding how to make changes.
Here’s the answer to your problem of getting no where no how with all of the gobs of effort and energy you have been putting out…Your success mechanism doesn’t know who the boss is! It doesn’t know who is supposed to be calling the shots on how to make changes.
And because of this miserable fact, you are doing nothing but marking time. That is you are going nowhere, but standing still, making no progress. Or more appropriately, you are getting no positive results for all of your honest effort of trying to make changes.
Believe me this is true. I didn’t get this from “textbook”. I got this from the hard reality of my own life.
In another words, you are trying to become or “Be” one thing, but your powerhouse for CHANGE, your subconscious, is still taking its orders from its old busted up master, your old self.
You know, the person you used to be. That old “little me”. If you think about it, you really never stood a chance of succeeding like you wanted to. A man or women can’t serve two masters and neither can your subconscious.
Here’s how it works, your change operator or your subconscious mind.Your Change Operator takes his orders from your imagination and or conscious mind. He is like the Superintendent of your “works project” on how to make changes.
Your basic problem is with your subconscious mind. Once it receives instructions, from your conscious mind, on what it is supposed to do, it will literary move heaven and earth to make yours desires a reality.
The bad news is that it is tough teaching an old dog new tricks. Old dogs can be taught new tricks but it takes lots of time and skill to make changes.
Here is what normally occurs in the life of someone who wants to change and improve themselves. They get inspired and make all kinds of resolutions that they plan on implementing at the New Year.
They set up their goals, and the strategies and tactics that are necessary to reach their goals. So what happens? Why don’t most people succeed in reaching their new goals?
The average person spends three to six months attempting to make honest to goodness positive changes in his life. What happens next is typical. The change maker hasn’t reach his new goals. In fact, he hasn’t even come close.
So how come? Why no change or progress? Here’s what happens during the typical attempted change progress. Mr. Fear is usually the one that ruins the game. Once a person gets some genuine momentum towards his or her goal, Mr. Fear steps in and makes life miserable for the person trying to become that new person.
Why you ask does Mr. Fear become such a jerk? Fear does this because you are attempting to expand and grow your comfort zone. Fear doesn’t like this. He tells you to give it up and get back to your old self. Another words, you are going to go nowhere. Yes, you are trapped by your own self.
Your alternative is to let your Change Maker, your subconscious mind, know there is a new sheriff in town. And he is calling the shots. Not your old little me master from whom you once took your orders.
Your tools for working this seemingly miracle or transformation are your imagination, meditation, and relaxation. You work with your subconscious to effect these changes for yourself. (Maxwell Maltz and Joseph Murphy)
Your conscious mind is the Driver or Architect of your present and future. It uses imagination, meditation and relaxation to imprint on your subconscious mind the Reality that you want. The results can be experienced instantly and or sometime in your future. The key to working with these tools is self-confidence.
You got to believe that what you are creating in your subconscious is going to happen. Not “if” but “when”. The biggest reason most people fail to get what that want in life is because they lack the “self-confidence” to realize change. This problem relates back to the power of belief. If you believe something will become a reality, then it will.
Many people resort to religion in order to effect positive change in their lives. Why do they do this? Well, there is the very practical matter of calling on Something that is bigger then you. Especially when you don’t have the confidence to tend to this matter yourself.
There are many books written on this subject. Scientific research has demonstrated the correlation of practicing a religion and good health. Apparently it doesn’t matter what religion is practiced.
People that regularly attend religious services enjoy better health then people who don’t. You hear about miracles quite often. All of this is tied to the phenomenon of the interaction of belief, self-confidence, and the conscious and subconscious.
Which method is best? The deliberate manipulation of the subconscious mind or prayer and God. I use both methods. Call on your God or work directly with your subconscious.
In my opinion it’s the same thing. You need belief and self-confidence for both methods in order to realize a positive outcome.
The important thing is to get into the game and make changes for yourself. Don’t you think it’s time to Stand for Your Greatness? Good luck. By the way, if you stick with this Site, you will get more then you bargained for.
